A Free Upcoming Four-Week Program

MEDITATION FOR TEACHERS

Studies have shown that mindfulness can help reduce feelings of stress and burnout, regulate attention and emotional reactivity, and increase self-compassion, gratitude, and joy. F.U.N. Wellness Center offers educators the opportunity to learn about this life-changing practice. This four-week series will meet virtually for 90 minutes (no need to drive anywhere or look for parking).
